The walls are built with structural insulated panels (SIP’s) and the roof is constructed of light wood trusses with R-56 blown in cellulose insulation.  The home is equipped with a high efficiency sealed combustion modulating boiler. (96 AFUE)  Blown-in spray foam is used to seal up the house and minimize air infiltration.
