Energy Efficiency and Affordability

This award-winning design consists of two deed-restricted affordable homes, with different mechanical systems. They are prototypes for affordable housing in our region, where housing is in short supply. We believe that energy efficiency is a critical design attribute for affordable housing, since it helps minimize the effect of continually increasing energy prices.
